Hacienda de Valdez Condominium Association, Inc

The Condo Association is a New Mexico non-profit corporation and is the sole governing body for the Hacienda de Valdez condos. The condo owners comprise the membership of the Association, and the day to day operation of the Association is governed by the Board of Directors. The Condo Association has an annual meeting in the fall of each year. The Board of Directors meet twice a year. The Board of Directors strictly enforce the Condominium Declarations, By-Laws and fiscal policy, and is committed to ensuring the economic prosperity of the Hacienda de Valdez condos.

The ownership of the units spans many states and includes:
New York, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, Minnesota, and New Mexico.
